Join Marti Anne for this class that's designed especially for first- time yoga students! This class consists of learning a series of gentle poses, postures and positions while calming the body and the mind. We will spend time going from standing poses to poses down on our mat. You're encouraged to bring a yoga mat; however, one will be provided for you to use during the class if needed. Registration required.
