Event Description:
A staff member from the Office of Illinois State Comptroller will present “Identity Theft, Scams, and Fraud” workshop in Mokena on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Part of the office’s Smart Consumers Illinois initiative, this workshop will address concerns about being a victim of identity theft. In addition, you will learn how to identify potential scams/frauds and protect yourself against identity theft. The workshop is welcome to people of all ages and will take place at the Mokena Public Library District, 11327 West 195th St, Mokena, IL 60448.
